Booking terms

What is offered is wellness massage and reflexology, provided at your address.

They are not medical: they are not a diagnosis, a course of care or an act of healthcare, and they do not replace medical advice. No medical benefit is promised or implied.

They are strictly non-erotic. Intimate areas are never massaged, the sheet covers you throughout, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.

Please book two days ahead where you can, subject to availability. A session is only confirmed once I have replied to you: I reply within 24 hours.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm; Saturday 10am – 6pm; Sunday 10am – 6pm.

On site I need about 2 m × 2 m of space and 15 minutes to set up. I bring the table, fresh linen, the oils and the music.

Cancelling and rescheduling are free up to 24 hours before the session.

Within that window, the session is payable, unless something health-related comes up.

For sessions paid for in advance through a Rituals card, a late cancellation takes the session off the card, on the same terms.

The session starts at the agreed time. Please be ready to let me in then, ideally ten to fifteen minutes beforehand: I need that time to set up the table and the room.

If I have to wait, that time comes out of the session, which still ends when it was due to. This is not a penalty: I have appointments through the day, and a delay at your place pushes back everyone after you.

The price does not change: the session is payable in full.

On the day: in cash or by MB Way, at the end of the session.

Remotely, for gift cards and packages: by PayPal.

Travel is charged according to the town where the session takes place. The amount is stated when you book, never on arrival.

Beyond these towns, travel is quoted case by case.

Some situations rule out massage; others simply mean adapting it. They are set out below.

You fill in a short health questionnaire before the first session, online or on paper. The privacy policy explains how it is protected and how long it is kept.

If a contraindication comes to light on arrival and the session cannot go ahead, it is not charged.

Any behaviour, remark or request of a sexual nature ends the session immediately. It remains payable in full, and no further session will be accepted.

I do not massage anyone who has been drinking alcohol before the session.

I reserve the right to stop a session if conditions of hygiene, safety or respect are not met. The session then remains payable.

This works both ways: if anything makes you uncomfortable, say so, and I will adjust or stop, without you having to explain.
