Questions about the packages
- Can I switch massage from one session to the next?
- Yes. Your sessions can be used on whichever massage you choose. If you go for one that costs more than the 60-minute Ritual, you simply pay the difference on the day.
- What if I cancel a session?
- The same terms as a single booking: free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before. After that, the session comes off your card, unless something health-related comes up.
- Is travel included?
- It follows the same travel fees as a single session: included within the Albufeira council, €15 more to Vilamoura or Quarteira, €30 to Portimão or Faro, with a 90-minute Ritual or two people minimum. See every town and its travel fee
- What happens after the three months of the Suivi?
- Nothing you need to do: the subscription carries on at the same price, and you can stop it whenever you like. Just tell me before the following month’s session.
- Can I add the Reflexo option to a session from my card?
- Yes, you add it when you book. With the Wellbeing Follow-Up it costs €10 instead of €20.
