I come to your villa with everything needed: the table, the linen, the oil and soft music. There is nothing for you to prepare, just a place where you feel at ease.

A relaxed session, whatever language you speak
I speak French and Portuguese. My English is still at beginner level: I am learning it, and I thank you for your understanding.
To prepare your session, write to me on WhatsApp, in English if you like: I take the time to answer you properly, with the help of a translation tool.
During the session, a few simple words are enough: I pay close attention to how you respond, and we adjust together.
Set up wherever you feel at ease
By the pool, on the terrace or indoors: we choose the spot together, depending on the weather, the shade, the wind and how private it is. I need a space of about 2 m × 2 m and fifteen minutes to set up. At the end of the session, I pack everything away and leave quietly, so you can stay in the calm.
Planned around your stay
On holiday, days fill up quickly. Ideally, book 2 days ahead, depending on availability. I come Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm), on Saturday (10am – 6pm) and on Sunday (10am – 6pm): after the beach or a round of golf, or on a Saturday late afternoon, before your evening.
If you wish, I can arrange access and timing directly with your villa manager or concierge. Just let me know when you book.
What works well in a villa
For two, one after the other
I work alone, so the sessions follow on from each other, unhurried. Two people also meet the travel condition.
During a family stay
Each person in turn, during the same visit, wherever suits them best.
Mum-to-Be Ritual
From the second trimester, that is three full months, until the end of pregnancy. Lying on your side or on your back, always well supported by cushions. 60 min 85 € · 90 min 120 €.

Any amount from 80 €, or a massage of your choice, valid for one year and sent by email.

Questions about Quinta do Lago
- Can the session take place by the pool?
- Yes, if the ground is level and the spot is out of sight. In the hottest hours, I will suggest a shaded corner or indoors instead. The sheet covers you throughout; only the area being massaged is uncovered.
- Should I let the estate gate or the villa manager know?
- Yes, it is the simplest way. The estate checks visitors in at the gate: give me the resident’s name and the villa number, and let security know I am coming. If you prefer, I can arrange it with your manager or concierge.
- I am only staying a few days: is it still possible?
- Yes. Write to me as soon as you know your dates, with the number of people: I will suggest the free slots during your stay. I reply within 24 hours.
